Meet the team

"My name is Sian Robinson, I joined bluebird in September 2020 as a care assistant and I have since been promoted to lead care assistant. I have always wanted to be in a profession when I help other. Bluebird care is a lovely company to work for, all the staff are friendly, and the management team offer lots of support. I am looking forward to bettering myself and gaining more qualification as well as being a part of the growth and success of Bluebird care."

Desi, Joined us in March 2018 is one of our Lead Care Assistant. She has been shortlisted as a finalist for the Category - The Home Care Worker Award under Great British Care Awards 2020

Desi has also completed her NVQ 3 in Oct 2020

Desi  - “I work for Bluebird Care since 2018, I have always wanted to work in a job where I can help people and I received this opportunity. After 1 year working with Bluebird Care they offered me to start my NVQ 3, which I am almost finished. To appreciate my hard work, they made me Lead Care Assistant. I know this job is not rocket science, but by the end of the day I know all the service users will be safe and independent as much as possible”
