Looking for home care can be daunting and stressful, there are now hundreds of home care providers and finding the right one id important.

You, like many others, will probably research about products and services before purchasing or getting in touch, so if we are providing great care for you or a loved one then please leave your reviews, help put others at ease.

Positive reviews also allow us to celebrate our team. Whilst we often remind our team of how amazing they are, having reviews that specifically shout out our team means that we can give them a personalised thank you along with a bonus.

Where can you leave a review?

Trustpilot

1. Head to https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/bluebirdcare.co.uk
2. Select how many stars you would like to give us out of 5 (we’ll let you in on a secret, we love 5)
3. Write a detailed review about why you want to give us those 5 stars.
4. Select 'Ayrshire’ as your office.
5. Submit

You may be asked to login purely from a verification point of view. This stops businesses giving themselves lots of fake reviews.

Homecare.co.uk

Homecare.co.uk is the leading UK Home Care review website, simply click here to visit our homecare.co.uk page and leave a review. You don't need to register to leave a review, but you will need to leave some contact details. These will not be published they are simply used for verification purposes.

Google

You can also leave us a review on Google if you have a Google Mail or Gmail account, following the simple steps below:

1. Open Google and make sure you're signed in to your Google account.
2. Search for 'Bluebird Care [location]' e.g. Bluebird Care Ayrshire
3. Scroll down and on the right, you will see the option to 'write a review'.
4. In the window that appears, click the stars to rate us and write your review.
5. Your review will then be visible unless you take it down. After your review is published, you can edit what you have written, or change the rating and pictures you included. 

Facebook

You can also leave a review on Facebook, following the simple steps below:

1. Click here to visit our Facebook page (please note you may be asked to login).
2. Click on the ‘reviews’ tab on the left-hand side menu.
3. You will then see ‘would you recommend Bluebird Care [location]’?
4. Click ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ and this will open another box for you to add further details.
5. Once you have written your review, click post.
