William is driven by a desire to provide responsive high quality care services, he is particularly keen to provide individualised services that enrich the lives of those receiving them. Sara Flint is a Business graduate (Loughborough).  Her working career started in Business Management for British Airways (she was fortunate enough to fly Concorde to New York!!). Locally Sara has worked for NHS Devon and the local Stroke Network, based at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust. She also managed the South West NHS Neonatal Networks which covered the Neonatal units from Gloucester to Lands End. Sara has always had a passion for the standards of care delivered to older people. For a number of her adult years Sara was a care worker supporting older people and so has "hands on" experience of care. Given her experience as a care worker she has uncompromising standards in the area of customer care. Sara is an avid reader and loves walking, particularly on the "High Moors" with William and their dog 'Poppy'.  Sara is definitely a "fair weather surfer"!

Care Manager: Claire Wreford

Claire is extremely dedicated to her profession and has spent the whole of her 15 year career to date working in the Care environment.  After a brief spell working in a Residential Care Home she moved to Home Care services working across Exeter and the surrounding villages.

Claire’s passion for Home Care was quickly recognised as she worked her way up from Carer to Senior Carer.  On joining Bluebird Care Exeter in 2011 she took on her first managerial role effectively putting to good use her valuable experience and passion for quality.  After a year of proving herself with Bluebird Care she was promoted to Care Manager in April 2012.

Claire’s has a keen eye for quality and customer care.  Her first-hand experience of working in Home Care means she is very well placed to ensure that the very highest level of service is provided to our customers in the Exeter area.

When not working Claire can usually be found engaged in some form of exercise!  She is very excited by the arrival of her first puppy, Coco, in June!
