Bluebird Care (Enfield) is owned and managed by Faustina with a fantastic care team beside her to manage the care.

Faustina worked in the NHS for 17years in Cytology and other departments in administration.

She studied part time Social Science as a mature student at the Middlesex University. Also went on to study cognitive counselling which has helped to understand people in various ways. After managing the business for three years, she decided to further develop her skills by doing the Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.

Faustina has lived in Enfield for over fifteen years and therefore, understands the local community

Her present passion is home care provision and moving Bluebird Care (Enfield) forward. With her dynamic personality, she goes out to seek customers. She is the driving force behind all the Good things happening at the Bluebird Care (Enfield) and enjoys the trust and admiration of employees and customers alike.

Maureen: Our First Carer

Maureen started with Bluebird Care in November 2007 our very first carer visit.  Maureen is a highly skilled carer at NVQ level 3 who has continued to develop herself as well as deal with a variety of customers. She was commended for her work by Enfield Council’s Intermediate Care Team on several occasions.  Maureen both provides crisis cover for them as well as takes care of direct customers of Bluebird Care (Enfield).

Maureen says,

I enjoy working for Bluebird Care (Enfield) because I have empathy with the clients and the knowledge and experience to do the work and Bluebird care (Enfield) has encouraged and supported me all the way.  I have worked with many other agencies including local authority but I feel  that here, the management, communication and the way the company cares for their staff is better. The staff and management are one big family and we treat our customers as our own.
