What we do
Bluebird Care (Wirral) is a customer orientated business that focuses on delivering what it promises. A business that values its staff and pays the highest wages in the area to its Care Workers: allows travel time between customer visits: and pays its staff a mileage allowance. By looking after its staff Bluebird (Wirral) has a very low staff turnover this means that its customers get the same Care Worker most of the time promoting an improved continuity of service and a happier environment.

After each training module carers are tested and marked and have to achieve a high pass mark before being allowed onto the module.
