The Sussex Weald Office is Based in the heart of mid Sussex in the village of Ardingly nr. Haywards Heath. Our team cover a large area of West Sussex from Crawley and East Grinstead over to Horesham all of mid Sussex down through Burgess Hill to Pyecombe and the borders of Brighton.

What we do

The Sussex Weald office opened for business in February 2010 following a highly successful inspection by the Care Quality Commission. We provide personal care and support to our customers, designed to help them live freely and independently in their own homes. Our ethos is to assist any customer to live the best quality of life they possibly can, in their own home, and the surroundings that mean so much to them. Our customers in the main are older people just looking for that bit of extra support or reassurance in conducting their daily lives we offer that professional support, to private individuals, the social services when requested and have a very good relationship with the PCT (Primary Care Trust).

 We are proud to base our care on the good old fashioned principles of service. All our care packages are bespoke and put together with the full involvement of the customer, they are agreed with the customer and based on the customers needs and requirements first and foremost. Choosing a domiciliary care provider is an important decision and we appreciate this and work with you, to make it as easy as possible for you to make this decision. We aim to provide and professional service in a friendly and approachable manner, there is always someone to talk to in our office, and each customer will have a regular team of carers assigned to them.
