Home Care Service Area

We operate within the District boundaries of both Warwick and Stratford upon Avon. We predominantly cover Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford upon Avon and Kenilworth but also cover all the surrounding villages within this area.

What we do

We care for a wide range of people; some needing just one visit per week to those that have much more intensive requirements who we visit up to five times per day. A large percentage of our customers fund their own care, but whether the service we provide is self-funded, funded by a relative, a personal or individual budget or directly by the County Council; the quality is of the same consistently high standard. We take great pride in offering a good old-fashioned service that is both flexible and personally tailored to your requirements.

We can provide a wide range of services including domestic chores, companionship, medication administration, transport for appointments and trips out, shopping and personal care (feeding, bathing, meals, dressing etc). Our service is designed to be flexible and provision can be stepped up or down as your circumstances require. Often this can be done by telephone at short notice. Our visits start from just 15 minutes duration (generally for medication) right up to full live-in care and everything in between. We place great store in the quality and calibre of our carers and always seek out those with the right blend of maturity, ‘life experience’ and integrity. Our staff are all hand-picked for their friendly and cheerful dispositions and, above all else, their caring natures. Successful applicants are thoroughly vetted, trained and supervised before commencing work with our customers. We also provide our staff with excellent development opportunities and take care to treat them fairly and respectfully. This approach to recruitment ensures our staff turnover is minimal and probably the best in the area.

We have a simple, transparent pricing structure with no hidden extras such as booking fees; VAT or mileage and are full members of the United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA), and fully registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We also provide home care services to Warwickshire County Council.
