Home Care Service Area

We deliver care throughout the Stafford district, including, Stone, Eccleshall, Gnosall, Barlaston and the Haywoods, as well as Stafford itself. After launching in April 2010, the team has grown dramatically to meet the demand for our services in the area.

We are contracted to Staffordshire County Council to provide services for generic care needs, complex care needs, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and advanced dementia.  We also provide care to people who are funding their own care, either from private funds or via a personal budget / direct payment.

What we do

Bluebird Care (Stafford) is registered with the Care Quality Commission and opened it's doors in April 2010. It is owned by the same company as Bluebird Care (Mid Staffs) which is based in Cannock and was the first franchise in the Bluebird Care network and are proud to have led the way for so many others to follow and create the excellent brand we have today. Every carer is recruited for their caring and responsible attitude to ensure that every visit we make adds value to our customer's day.

Our hard working and committed team is led by Jeanette Witton, the Care Manager who ensures that every customer is happy with the care they receive and that every carer has the support & training they need to deliver the quality services our customers expect and deserve.

Each customer has their own individual care plan, personalised to their own specific needs and preferences. The care plan is regularly reviewed and updated to ensure it continues to meet the customer’s requirements. We can provide services for all circumstances, from occasional visits to assist with housework, shopping etc, up to several visits per day, or even live-in care (for occasional days or weekends, up to full-time), We support customers with a variety of needs, from complex to those just requiring companionship. We specialise is providing care and support to people with dementia, learning disabilities and physical disabilities.

Bluebird Care Stafford cares for the elderly and younger people with physical or learning disabilities. Elderly home care is the alternative to assisted living facilities, residential homes and nursing homes. We have considerable experience in supporting people with dementia.
