The offices are located at Cedar House in Frimley. The service provides care throughout the local area including:

• Chobham and the surrounding areas.

What we do

Bluebird Care provides care in your own home. The packages we provide are tailor made to suit your needs which often include (but are not restricted to) the following:

• Help with getting up or going to bed
• Preparation of meals
• Trips out to see friends and relatives
• Shopping and sightseeing
• Personal hygiene
• Assistance with household chores
• Assisting with medication prompting
• Overnight care
• Live-in Care for individuals with constant care needs who do not wish to go into a      residential home
• Care for those with Learning Disabilities
• Care for those with Dementia and Alzheimer's
• Short- term care can be provided for individuals who have been discharged from hospital and require care whilst they recuperate, until they are feeling fit enough to regain their normal lifestyle
• We provide respite care for people who rely on a relative or friend for most of their care but would like to give that person a break from time to time

All of our staff attend a comprehensive full 2 day induction program and on-going training, in manual handling and administrating medication.
