The office that covers Redbridge and the surrounding area is based in George Lane, South Woodford.  Our care workers are spread throughout the borough and surrounding areas, and all are mobile and flexible in their working hours. We are confident we can deliver a dedicated professional care programme to any requirement anywhere in the area.  

What we do

The team here are totally committed to providing personal care and support at home in ways that have positive outcomes for all our customers.

To achieve this aim, we carefully select all of our care workers from the local community, we ensure they share our values of respect and integrity for all, they are fully trained to the highest standards and are supported by the comprehensive policies and procedures of the very experienced and well respected Bluebird Care Company.   Our approach to personal care is to assess in detail the complete needs of any potential client, consulting with all interested family, friends and health professionals. We then compile a bespoke care package designed for that individual. While caring for any client as a matter of course we will continually review our care plan to allow for any changes or amendments to the individuals needs. We believe that when it comes to care no challenge is too great and no detail too small.   We do not profess to be the cheapest care provider in the market but we will provide a better more professional level of care than other providers while remaining competitive in our pricing. Our view is that the cheapest care is not always the best, our aim is to have the most professional care workers trained to the very highest standards.
