Bluebird Care Norwich is a leading home care and live in care agency.

Home Care Service Area

We offer our services to all towns and villages located within the Norwich City and Broadland District Council areas of Norfolk. As a guideline this covers  the majority of towns and village in the post code areas  NR1 - NR13. 

 

What we do 

We provide support with personal care, medication,  domestic help, out of house  calls,  and companionship.  We support adults of all ages including older customers and those with a physical or learning disability. Our services include:

  • Care visits from 15 minutes through to a full live in care service
  • Out of house calls ( accompany to GP appointments, dentist, shopping etc)
  • Home from hospital (quick set-up when you need support after discharge)
  • Sleep-in service
  • Waking nights (for full time support through the night)
  • Live-in care service
  • Care for thos with mobility issues

Our Care staff all have their own transport and hold full business class insurance.  Our reliable and caring team  are all police checked and trained.

January 2012  - Our new Care Supervisor

Rachel Brown joins the team as Care Supervisor. Rachel brings a strong background of care experience to Bluebird Care and is a welcome addition to the team. Rachel will be working closely with Care Co-ordinator, Kirsten Bridges and Care Manager, Sarah Millard to continue supporting the care staff to provide the highest quality of care to our customers. Rachel holds NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care and  is currently working towards her completing her NVQ level 4.

 

December 2011  -  Celebrating our first anniversary

Bluebird Care ( Norwich & Broadland) celebrated its first anniversary in December 2011.  Since receiving full registration with the Care Quality Commission in late 2010,  a very strong base of private customers has  rapidly developed  and the service has more recently been accredited as an approved home care provider with Norfolk County Council and  Norfolk Primary Care Trust.
