Bluebird Care (Newport) delivers care at home in the area of Newport along the M4/A48 corridor including Marshfield, Rogerstone, Caerleon, Langstone and all surrounding areas.

What we do

Our Home Care is available to anyone who simply needs some extra help to allow themselves to continue to live independently in their own home. Some people require very little help with daily living to maintain their independence, whilst others require more complex care and support to achieve this.

Either way our experienced, trained and motivated staff can meet the needs of a wide range of circumstances whether it is help of a personal nature or of the more practical kind.

We work with people who might be elderly, with dementia or alzheimer’s, with physical or learning disabilities, those with sensory impairment, people being discharged from hospital with re-ablement or other short term needs and those with longer life limiting conditions.

During the summer we complied with an unusual request to attend a wedding! Anxious for her not to miss out on her big day, the bride engaged us to chaperone her grandmother during proceedings at the wedding venue in Hereford. Dressed for the occasion, having tried out several hat and shoe combinations, our member of care staff carried out her duties with aplomb, escorting her grand mother between the service, the reception, the wedding breakfast and evening entertainment that followed on. This left the bride free to mingle and her grand mother a constant companion throughout the day.
