Home Care Service Area

Bluebird Care Lincoln is owned and operated by John & Yvonne Webber, Local residents of Lincolnshire. We deliver care throughout  Lincolnshire, from Lincoln City through to the  East coast and Mablethorpe and Skegness areas and South to Sleaford, encompassing Louth, Wragby, Woodhall Spa and the many Lincolnshire towns and villages.

What we do

We launched in January 2012 with a Team consisting of Care Manager Craig Firth, Coordinator Victoria Webber, and six Care Workers. We are providing care to people funding their own care from a private budget or via a personal budget or direct payment.

Bluebird Care (Lincoln) is registered with the Care Quality Commission  and the fully functional offices are located in South Park, Lincoln. All the staff are recruited for their caring and responsible attitude to ensure that every visit we make adds value to our customers day.

The hard working and  committed team is led by Craig Firth, the Care Manager who ensures that every customer is happy with the care they receive and that every carer has the support and training they need to deliver the quality services our customers expect and deserve. Each customer has their own individual care plan, personalised to their own specific needs and preferences. The care plan is reviewed at regular intervals and updated to ensure it continues to meet the customers requirements. We can provide specific services to suit all circumstances, from occasional visits to assist the housework, shopping or feeding your pets, up to several visits per day, or even live in care from occasional days or weekends to full time. We support all our customers with a variety of needs. 

Our staff are trained to deal with complex needs through to providing companionship. We specialise in providing care and support to people with dementia , physical disabilities and enduring mental illness. Our home care service is an alternative to assisted living facilities and residential homes, we will enable people to stay in their own homes.
