15th December 2011  - Care Quality Commission Inspection Results

Bluebird Care (Kensington & Chelsea) had an unannounced visit from the Care Quality Commission on 5th October and received the final report on the 15th December.  We are pleased to say that we had an excellent report and were compliant against all the outcomes.

At Bluebird Care (Kensington & Chelsea) we strive to ensure that our customers are fully involved in the care they receive from us and that our care workers deliver the highest quality of care. It was nice to see that the report from our inspection confirmed that is how we are operating.

Recently the Personalisation team within RBKC Social Services put an article together to inform the residents of RBKC about the choices they have with respect to their care.  Bluebird Care (Kensington & Chelsea) was mentioned in this story as an agency that is flexible and lets customers have control over their support.

In addition a case study was done about one of our customers.  It highlights the way we work with customers to meet their personal needs.
