Bluebird Care (Harrow) is based in South Harrow; all our care workers are spread throughout the borough of Harrow and surrounding areas. We are able to provide professional services of any requirement anywhere within these areas.

What we do

Bluebird Care (Harrow) is a family run business by Munjal, Prafula and their two children, one of which is now a Franchise Principal, who goes by the name Chaitan. Their daughter Ushma is a recent addition to the Business. She is a BA Media Business graduate who works closely with Prafula, soon to follow in her brother’s footsteps.

Bluebird Care (Harrow) has an excellent reputation that has been built up since November 2006, when we started the Home Care Service in the Harrow area. We have received both; exceptional compliments from all our customers and referrals from professional bodies through the way we execute and deliver care.

Bluebird Care provides specialist and personal care for all, including the Elderly, those suffering with Physical or Learning disabilities, Mental Health Issues, Dementia, Short term respite and Post-operative support.

We conceit ourselves on developing a robust and meaningful relationship with all our customers, relatives and carers.

All our care workers come from a range of multicultural backgrounds and are fully trained to provide a safe and pleasant service supporting our customers’ independence.

We continuously train and develop our care workers to make sure that they are always up to date on the latest modern methods and techniques as we recognise that our customers’ satisfaction is vital.

We are able to provide a flexible care package that meets your requirements and needs.

We are registered members of the United Kingdom HomeCare Association (UKHCA) and regulated by the Care Quality Commission.

When my fathers health and mobility became a problem, he decided he needed extra help to enable him to stay in his own home.  This is when he was introduced to Ken, one of the Bluebird Care care team from Harrow.  It soon became obvious to us that Dad and Ken had developed a true friendship.  Dad always looked forward to Ken's daily visits, nothing was too much trouble, he would do absolutely anything that was asked of him.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ken, as a family we are so pleased he became Dad's carer and friend.

 

I would particularly like to commend Anjie, my mother’s principal carer, who has shown on many occasions that she has a most caring heart.  There have been numerous times that Anjie has shown care and compassion beyond the call of duty.  I am very pleased with the service she has provided, particularly as my mother is not always easy to care for.

 

I would like to comment on the standard of care my uncle has received.  We are very pleased with all aspects of the care given.  The staff are always pleasant and kindly towards my uncle.  He has grown to consider them his friends.  The carers are reliable and punctual and I am unable to fault them in their professional dealings with a 95 year old gentleman.
