What we do

Bluebird Care (Gravesham and Dartford) registered with the Care Quality Commission and started trading in February 2011.

Our company philosophy is to provide high quality home care and give our customers a value for money service.

We build good relationships with all of our customers including Social Services, the Primary Care Trust, families and other support groups to deliver high quality home care services in the community.

We aim to provide professional home care in a friendly and personalized manner by putting our customers first.

Our carers' are all trained to the highest standards and go through a comprehensive and continual training program.

Our home care services are flexible and tailor made for each customer. A brief list of the home care services we provide is below:

• Help with getting up or going to bed
• Preparing Meals
• Trips to see friends, relatives, sightseeing or leisure activities
• Shopping
• Washing and Ironing
• Personal hygiene
• Cleaning the home
• Assist with Medication
• Overnight Care
• Live-in Care

We are an approved provider with Kent County Council and accept the Kent Card for direct payments.

We are also a member of the United Kingdom Home Care Association and the Kent Community Care Association.
