Home Care Service Area

The office opened in April 2010 in Eastbourne and we have now expanded into providing care for both Eastbourne all the way to Crowborough. This also includes the towns and surrounding areas of Hailsham, Uckfield, Heathfield, and Wadhurst.  

We have opened up our new Crowborough office in October 2010 which allows us to meet the needs of customers in both Eastbourne and Wealden districts, for many years to come.

What we do

Bluebird Care believes in delivering quality care and service through efficient care provision given with dignity, respect and in a professional way. We will always keep customers informed of any changing situations that may arise on a day to day basis, whether that means a change in staff, timings or even if a carer is running late.

We welcome customers using private funds to finance their home care support, and also customers who are funded from Social Services. In the latter case, it is possible to arrange a direct Payment or a personal budget from Social Services to fund or part fund the cost of the Bluebird Care home support service

Our staff work 365 days a year in all weathers to ensure our customers receive the care they deserve, at the times they want, and with the preferred carer they like.  So whatever the weather, sun, rain or snow we will be there for you.

• Support on leaving Hospital
• Overnight support service – either Sleep Ins or Waking Nights
• Providing respite services to enable family members to take a break

 About our staff

All our staff are committed to providing a high quality of care. Each of them completes our in-house induction programme before they work in a customer’s home, and continue their training throughout their time with us. Their work is regularly monitored and spot checked by our experienced supervisory team.

Our care workers comprise men and women of a variety of ages from early 20's to early 50’s. They have a passion for delivering care, and delighted to be part of professional and growing organisation. Our staff are passionate and focused to provide a good old fashioned service with a can do attitude and a smile.

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and a member of the UK Home Care Association (UKHCA)
