Home Care Service Area

Our home care services are available in the local area of Croydon including areas of Coulsdon, Purley, Sanderstead, Selsdon, Croydon, Thornton Heath, Norbury, SE25 and SE19.

We have been providing high quality care in the home in the Croydon area since 2010, having received our certification from the Care Quality Commission in March 2010. We are also members of the UK Home Care Association.

What we do

The Croydon office welcomes customers using private funds to finance their home care service, and also customers who qualify for support from Social Services. In the latter case, it is normally possible to arrange for a Direct Payment or a Personal Budget from Social Services to fund or part fund the cost of the Bluebird Care service.

Our care workers comprise men and women of a variety of ages ranging from early 20's to almost 60. They are an enthusiastic group, and delighted to be part of professional and growing organisation. They also share one important characteristic. Our staff are all skilled and trained to provide a good old fashioned service with a can do attitude.

As a director I always ask myself the important question 'Would we be happy to send this person to offer a Care at Home service to my own elderly mother or father'?  Only if the answer is 'Yes' do they join our care in the home service team.
