Cornwall North

Cornwall North

Bluebird Care Cornwall North is a leading home care and live in care agency.

Home Care Service Area

Bluebird Care (Cornwall North) opened in June 2011.  We cover Bodmin, Bude, Camelford, Wadebridge, Padstow and all surrounding areas.

What we do

Our carers have to travel much further than those in a large town due to the geography of Cornwall and the narrow roads. They are willing to do this to bring care to those who require it.

All our carers have completed and passed Medication Training which enables them to safely administer medication care.

Care workers we employ

•    Have attended comprehensive Induction, Orientation and Manual Handling training courses.
•    Are personally interviewed.
•    Are personally reference checked (including  previous employers).
•    Have been checked with the Criminal Records Bureau.
•    Have either achieved or are working towards formal care qualifications.
•    Have regular reviews and supervision to maintain quality of service.

Customers’ needs and wishes are very important to us therefore care plans are tailor made to suit individual requirements.  Visits can be from early morning to late at night and range from 15 minutes to 24 hours care.

The services which we provide include help getting up or going to bed, preparing meals, shopping, washing and ironing, personal hygiene, cleaning the home and mobility issues.

Please feel free to contact us to find out how we can help you.
