Care Services that we provide

Research has shown that many people who need assistance would rather stay in their own homes than go into residential care. To this end we care for a wide range of people; some needing just one visit per week to those that have much more intensive requirements who we visit up to five times a day. A large percentage of our customers fund their own care, but whether the service we provide is self-funded, funded by a relative, a personal or individual budget or directly by the County Council; the quality is of the same consistently high standard. We take great pride in offering a good old-fashioned service that is both flexible and personally tailored to your requirements.

We can provide a wide range of services including domestic chores, companionship, medication administration, transport for appointments and trips out, shopping and personal care (Feeding, bathing, meals, dressing etc). Our staff has experience of caring for people who suffer from a range of conditions, including dementia, multiple sclerosis and stroke. Our service is designed to be flexible and provision can be stepped up or down as your circumstances require. Often this can be done by telephone at short notice. Our visits start from 15 minutes duration (generally for medication) right up to full time live-in-care and everything in between. We place great store in the quality and calibre of our carers and always seek out those with the right blend of maturity, ‘life experiences’ and integrity. Our staff are all hand-picked for their friendly and cheerful disposition and, above all else, their caring nature. Successful applicants are thoroughly vetted and trained before commencing care for our customers, with ongoing supervision. We also provide our staff with excellent development opportunities and take care to treat them fairly and respectfully.

We have simple. Transparent pricing structure with no hidden extras such as booking fees; VAT or mileage and are full members of the United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA), and fully registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We also provide home care services to Worcestershire County Council.
