Home Care Service Area

Our office is based in central Bath and we provide care throughout all of Bath and North East Somerset, including the following towns and villages: Keynsham, Midsomer Norton, Radstock, Peasedown St John, The Chew Valley, Willow, Paulton, Hinton Charterhouse, Freshford and Norton St Philip.

What we do

We provide support with personal care, medication, domestic help, out of house calls, and companionship.  We support adults of all ages including older customers and those with a physical disability or people living with dementia.

Our home care service is entirely flexible, there is no long term contract and all care provision is bespoke to the wants and needs of our customers.

Some of the services we provide:

• Regular care visits from as little as 15 minutes at a time up to as many hours as required.
• Live in care, as an alternative to residential care
• Personal care (help getting up or going to bed, help washing, etc)
• Overnight care
• Meal preparation
• Welfare checks
• Help with shopping or trips out.
• Home from hospital, for extra support post discharge.

Bluebird care (Bath) began trading in November 2010 and has established itself quickly as one of Bath's finest home care providers. We employ a fantastic team of care staff with a diverse set of skills ensuring that our customers receive the very best service possible.

Our recruitment policy is incredibly strict which is why we have only the most caring, dedicated and appropriate carers. In fact we only employ people whom we would be happy to care for our own family. We train every single member of our staff in-house and continue to provide specialist training for all our carers on an on-going basis.

Within the first year of the business the Bath office became finalists in 3 company awards, including Bluebird Care Newcomer of the Year 2011, Outstanding Public Relations 2011 and The Customer Service Award (Bath Business Awards 2011)

We use Bluebird Care for my father in law, and have been impressed not only with the good quality of care , but with the courteous and helpful manner we have been dealt with by the administration. We have been pleasantly surprised by both the flexibility and personable way we have been dealt with, and have felt that every effort has been made to provide carers that will be compatible with my father in law.
