The office opened in October 2007 in Bournemouth and we have now expanded into providing care into Poole. The office itself has recently expanded into the old tailors shop next door which has allowed us to set up a fully functioning training and meeting room which is more than adequate to meet the needs of the business for many years to come.

What we do

The company is all about quality and service through effective care provision given in a respectful and professional way.

We believe in informing customers were reasonably possible of any and all changing situations that may be arising, whether that means a change in staff, timings or even if a carer is running late we aim to inform all customers so that they do not worry. We also make sure that we talk and communicate fully with all other professional who may be involved in a customer's lives, even to the extent of involving other professionals such as occupational therapists, with the ultimate aim of making life easier, less stressful, and as comfortable as possible.

This is done by talking and listening we strongly believe in listening and assessing before any actions are implemented. Care is provided in a friendly and most importantly unrushed manner, the customer's time is important to us.
