A growing team
Since the franchise operation launched in June 2006, Bluebird Care has opened one new office on average every 15 days.
I would also like to officially register my thanks to you throughout this whole process. I never at any stage felt pressured into working to timings which didn't suit me, I really appreciate your patience and guidance.

Bluebird Care Franchise Owners, Mark Wright and Mark Lund kindly hosted our recent Roadshow event at their prestigious new offices in Sheffield. Trading for just over three years, Mark and Mark moved into their new offices six months ago, to support the rapid growth of their business.

Regional business support
Support starts from the moment you join the Bluebird Care Network. We recognise the importance of providing top quality support to our Franchise Owners – you have the freedom to build your business knowing that we are behind you every step of the way.
There is a team of 6 regionally based Business Development Managers who provide front-line support to our offices. The team are experienced care professionals who have managed care businesses and provide crucial advice in all aspects of running a Bluebird Care business. We will also ensure all Bluebird Care businesses are up to date in all aspects of the fast moving care sector.
The Bluebird Care training department provides top class training for our franchise owners and their staff.
We understand the importance of high quality training and our proven courses deliver the knowledge required to run a successful Bluebird Care business.
Our initial Franchise Owner's course provides the detail to set up and run the business and understand the care sector in which we operate.
Our courses for our Franchise Owner's staff give them the understanding of their roles within the business and assist greatly in ensuring our franchise owners have competent staff.
We have recently incorporated a unique E-Learning training package for care staff, which is available to all franchise offices. This has much enhanced the total training package available.
This has brought many benefits including freeing up more of the Care Manager's time and helping with the recruitment process.
Bluebird Care uses the most up to date comprehensive care management system available. Added to this is our computer hardware support. We recognise the importance of IT to our network and ensure our franchise owners enjoy the best.
Full care management software training is also included in our franchise package.
The Bluebird Care Marketing Team advises Franchise Owners on how best to create local brand awareness.

My role is to manage the marketing aspects of the Bluebird Care brand, from a Head Office, as well as an individual franchise office perspective.
I am here to help maximise the exposure that each office has within their respective territory, by providing support to Franchise Owners with things like PR opportunities, advertising, editorials, printed marketing material, Social Media usage and digital / online marketing.We have a full armoury of branded marketing support available to Franchise Owners and I help advise them on the best and most effective use of this, whilst protecting the brand and maintaining consistency across the network.

The care industry has a wide range of policies and procedures and it’s important that those operating in the sector stay current and maintain high standards.
Part of my role is to provide training for each job role in the Bluebird Care business model, from Franchise Owner to Care Manager to Supervisor roles.
Our training differs from the other care franchise companies, in that it incorporates all the necessary legal aspects concerned with care but is also tailored to the Bluebird Care brand.
Our training does not stop after the classroom and is very much part of the on-going support provided by Bluebird Care so that we can maintain competence.
