Alvin has over 15 years managerial experience in the retail sector. He is responsible for the overall running of the business and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the company. 

Alvin is passionate about contributing to the local community and resolute about revolutionising the culture of care in the Uxbridge, Ickenham & Hayes

Inspired by her mother who remained in the care industry for many years, Laura joined the team in January 2013 initially as a Care Assistant, then Care Manager for many years before taking on the role of Operations Manager.

As Operations Manager she is responsible for the effective and daily governing of the company - ensuring that a credible service is being provided at all times and to CQC's quality assurance compliance framework.

I love working for Bluebird !  I love the feeling that I am having a positive impact on so many people's lives.  It is a great feeling when you get to help someone and you know that you have made them happy.
