Victoria Taylor

Registered Care Manager

I joined Bluebird Care in 2015 as a registered care manager.

My main responsibility is to ensure the registered branch is legally and ethically compliant, whilst managing and motivating the branch team including care assistants to meet customer care requirements. I have a pivotal role in recruiting, training and managing staff, to ensure they have the skills, knowledge and confidence they require to run a safe, effective, responsive, well led and caring service to our customers.

Kristina Burbridge

Care Supervisor

In 2009 I made the move to Brighton and completed my first year studying Adult Nursing. It was from a young age I knew I wanted to be part of the care industry. I gained the skills, experience and knowledge, not just within work but also life skills to move forward in my career.

In 2013, I joined Bluebird Care Epsom & Kingston to pursue a career in a job that I knew would be not just fulfilling but also self-rewarding. I was a care assistant for 3 months and was then promoted to care supervisor. During my time, I have completed my NVQ3 in health and social care. I believe that I have developed a high level of skills and knowledge whilst working with Bluebird Care Epsom & Kingston to ensure that care assistants feel supported and customers remain comfortable and receive ‘Good Old-Fashioned’ care with their own homes. My job is rewarding knowing that I have done my utmost to ensure that customers receive a high standard of care at home. I aim to start my NVQ 4 to progress in my career with Bluebird Care.

Tania Bates

Care Supervisor

I joined Bluebird Care Reigate in September 2013 as a care assistant. I rapidly became aware that this was the job for me and was promoted to care mentor. I joined Bluebird Care Epsom & Kingston as a supervisor in August 2015.

Tailoring a customer’s requirements into a bespoke homecare service is very rewarding. Supporting the customers with their ever changing needs can be challenging but very worthwhile.  I feel highly passionate about being able to make a difference to our customer’s and family member’s lives. Supporting and mentoring our care workers is also a big part of my job role.  Building a confident and well trained team is key to ensuring a safe, effective and person centred service.

Paige Griffiths

Administrator

I have been working within homecare for 3 years, and have obtained recognisable qualifications in health and social care. I am a very reliable and polite individual who is highly motivated within my role. I have a great passion for working within the care sector as it is extremely self-rewarding when making a change to improve a customer’s health and wellbeing.
