Victoria Taylor

Care Manager

I joined Bluebird Care in 2015 as a registered care manager. My main responsibility is to ensure the registered branch is legally and ethically compliant, whilst managing and motivating the branch team including care assistants to meet customer care requirements. I have a pivotal role in recruiting, training and managing staff, to ensure they have the skills, knowledge and confidence they require to run a safe, effective, responsive, well led and caring service to our customers.

Lorna Haynes

I stepped into the Health Care Industry in February 2016 and started off as full time care assistant.  I knew after my first shift that I had finally found my ‘calling’.  I progressed quickly with my old employer and advanced to supervisor after just a few months.  I then joined the Bluebird Care team in October 2016 as a care supervisor and have absolutely loved every second.

In my role as care supervisor, it is my responsibility to deal with any daily problems that arise out in the field or in the office, process new customer enquiries, assessments and reviews, care assistant supervisions and spot checks.  I am now working towards my NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care and hope to one day go to University and complete a Nursing Degree.

Anna Scelzo

Care Coordinator

In April 2016, I decided that I wanted a change of career and I joined Bluebird Care as a care assistant. In February 217, I accepted my current position as a care coordinator. I am thoroughly enjoying working for Bluebird Care. The team are amazing and make it a great place to work.

I continue to enjoy my job and would highly recommend to anyone that wants to make the transition into the care sector to do so as it is a highly rewarding job.

Patricia Morris

Care Coordinator

Before joining Bluebird Care in April 2016, I worked in a day center in Epsom working with adults with learning difficulties.

I started Bluebird Care as a care assistant which I really enjoyed. In May 2017 I became a coordinator in the Epsom branch.

I’m a kind caring person with a big heart and find working in the care sector very rewarding.

After working in mental Health for 15 months, I moved to Bluebird Care in August 2016 as a care assistant, a job I’ve found very rewarding. I took the role of care mentor, helping to support new care assistants in January 2017. It wasn’t long after this that I moved to the position of office administrator. I’m able to carry on working both in and out of the office which allows me to not only be there at interview stage but also to work alongside the new care assistants watching them progress and making sure that all their training is kept up to date.
