As always in December we held our annual carer awards day at our local offices.
As always in December we held our annual carer awards day at our local offices. This year the “Best Newcomer” in care award went to Aliesa Barker, beating 25 other new starters to the company during the Summer! Aliesa receives her award from Care Manager Jayne Wakefield who commended her on excellent care delivery and dedication to her customers (pictured left). Also pictured (right) with Aliesa is Anne Walker receiving her “Commitment to Care award”, recognising her 13 years of outstanding service in the care sector.
In total 7 awards were given out including the coveted “Carer of The Year”, with the management team honouring “Christmas jumper day” by donning festive knitwear for charity! All proceeds from this year will be given to St Luke’s Hospice.
