Simon Robinson

Director

Along with Rebecca, Simon became the Director of Bluebird Care Trafford in September 2022.  Simon's Bluebird Care achievements were establishing the Cheshire West and Flintshire franchise back in 2010 with the goal of providing high quality home care in peoples own homes.  A CQC rating of Outstanding was achieved, demonstrating his ability to provide quality service.  In Flintshire this was proven by being awarded the Top 20 Homecare Provider for Wales, for 4 consecutive years, starting back in 2019.

Simon's background in customer service management for retailers and banks has driven his desire to ensure that we constantly meet the customers needs and expectations.  He has a passion for care and has built his business on his cornerstones of the business which are: QUALITY, SERVICE, VALUE and TRUST.

Simon is proud to work alongside the Bluebird Care Trafford team.

Rebecca Zartarian

Director and Registered Manager

Rebecca became Director of Bluebird Care Trafford in September 2022.  Her Bluebird Care achievements include her Cheshire West franchise being awarded Outstanding by the CQC and being a Top 20 Provider in Wales for four consecutive years, starting in 2019, for the Flintshire franchise.

Rebecca comes with lots of skills in management and leadership. She supports the growth of the business whilst also supporting the operational side too.  Rebecca enjoys meeting the customers whilst conducting reviews out in the community.  She is also keen in finding ways to engage with the local community and will be developing links which will be beneficial to both carers and customers.

Rebecca is passionate about promoting career pathways linked to Health and Social Care and can quite often be found giving talks to local school and college pupils about opportunities available to them.

Rebecca is the Registered Manager for England, ensuring all regulations are met for the Care Quality Commission.

Stacy Mason

Lead Supervisor

Supervisor Stacy joined Bluebird Care Trafford in early 2021 as a Care Assistant but as she demonstrated such great passion for the delivery of high quality care she was promoted to Supervisor.

Whilst being a Care Assistant Stacy enjoyed working with both the elderley customers and the younger people also.  She supported them to live independently and engage in the community.

Once Stacy joined the office team she had a steep learning curve in developing person centred care plans after initial consultations and takes pride in supporting the most vulnerable in having the best provision of care that meets their needs.  Stacy also supports the care staff out in the field ensuring they are delivering the best care and meeting all the necessary regulations.

Stacy has a busy life outside of school with her partner and their children.  She has recently bought a new addition to the family in the form of a puppy which has brought the family much fun.

Ann Kowalska

Finance Manager

Ann joined Bluebird Care in January 2019 and came to us with lots of finance experience.  She supports the team with invoicing and payroll.  Ann works closely with Simon the Director in managing the finances of the business.

Danielle Dykeman

Office Administrator & Accounts Assistant

Danielle started with Bluebird Care Trafford in 2017 as a Care Assistant, however she would often be put on to the rota to help out at the office, which gave her the confidence and experience to move in to an Administration role in due course.  As time has progressed, Danielle has relished taking on additional responsibilities including that of Accounts Assistant.

With a previous background in customer service and hospitality, Danielle is perfectly placed to be the first point of contact for visitors to our office.

Before going on to have her son with her partner, Danielle completed a degree in Exercise, Physical Activity and Health at the University of Salford.  Whilst he was young, she returned to college and achieved a Level 3 qualification in Body Therapy, followed by an Advanced Technical Diploma in Complimentary Therapies.  As you can see, by her own admission Danielle has a thirst for learning!

Although her current role with us is quite a diversion from her original career intentions, Danielle says:

“I love my job… it can be challenging at times, but I like to be able to improve processes and help things to become more streamlined; I find it really satisfying when I can find a resolution to a problem”.
