Each month we hold a meeting for our incredible care team to update them on new policies, procedures and say thank you for the hard work that they put into their roles. For our July meeting, we had a group of Care Assistants who are keen bakers bring in some rather delicious cakes!

We thought that we would share them here and say a big thank you for the time that they put into baking some sweet treats to enjoy.
Care Manager Zoe explained:
These cakes were really quite lovely and it was wonderful for our Care Assistants to be able to bring in some of the things they had baked.
As well as time to update our team, our monthly meetings are another opportunity for us to spend time with our Care Assistants and thank them for the job they do.
I am very much looking forward to the next meeting, where hopefully we will be surprised once again!
