Lynne Burnham

Registered Care Manager

I started in the care sector as a care assistant and worked my way up to becoming the Registered Care Manager of Bluebird Care Sunderland. I am extremely proud of my achievement and this has given me the confidence and a good understanding of what I want to achieve as a manager and how I can support the business owner in ensuring that the business stands out in the provision of quality care.

I believe that I have excellent team building skills and am in the process of building a caring team that we can all be proud about and focused on the customer.

I have completed my Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social care and have completed my Level 5 Management qualification. I have recently completed an Education and Training Level 3 (Formerly PTTLS) and also a Level 2 in Business Improvement Techniques. Completing various relevant Train the Trainer courses helps me in further supporting the business and staff development.

I always strive to improve my skills and knowledge wherever possible, by ensuring that I keep updated with the latest development in the sector. This enables me to provide better solutions for everyone. I am committed to providing the highest quality care possible to our customers.
