Our teams can support with daily care calls starting from 30 minutes up to full 24 hour live in care solutions. We do offer short term respite care or discharge care for when you come out of the hospital to ensure your well-being.
All our teams are fully vetted and trained.Bluebird Care Southampton does have training in place for dementia care . We get involved with more complex care needs such as stoma care , catheter care , PEG Feeding , Diabetes care and care after having a stroke, end-of-life care , Huntingdon's's disease care . We work closely with the district nurses team and occupational therapists to ensure you will have the right equipment in place before we do start the care.
We work alongside families and individuals to tailor our services to help our customers stay in control of their care for as long as they can. Our revolutionary care planning system will allow family from afar to see the daily care calls and the notes. So you can live far away and read via your mobile the daily records.
