We’re very proud to announce the launch of our ground-breaking staff guide mobile app.
 

 
We deliver over 100 individual care visits to vulnerable residents throughout Sevenoaks every day. This innovative mobile app, created by Bluebird Care’s experts and drawing on feedback from focus groups across the UK, provides instant accessibility of critical information to our Care Assistants providing frontline care and support in our customers’ homes.
 
In supporting our Care Assistants in their challenging role by utilising technology with which they are already familiar, such as their mobile phones, we continue to ensure that we can support our Care Assistants any time, any place, with tools that they already know how to use and which will always be readily accessible.
 
The Staff Guide app follows the introduction of the PASSsystem in 2016. The PASSsystem is a revolutionary new approach to Home Care harnessing the power of mobile technology. Care Assistants follow digital Care Plans using their mobile phones and information about the care that they are delivering – for instance care notes and medication records – is transmitted back to the office in real-time.

This means that we are better positioned to make informed decisions, take quicker action where required, and are able to offer a safer, more robust, more consistent service as a result.
