Meet the team

I have worked for Bluebird Care for eight years, I began my journey here as a coordinator, was promoted to deputy manager and now I have officially become the Care Manager. I’m passionate about person centred care and the health and wellbeing of our customers.

Previous to working in Bluebird Care I have worked in care for 20 years in a number of nursing and residential settings since leaving school. I looked after a family member when I was 18 who was suffering with dementia. From that point on I knew, I wanted to have a career in care and to support other people who live with dementia and other types of illnesses.  

My role is the Deputy Care Manager for the Reigate branch.

Loredana is the Live-in Care Service Manager for Chichester and joined our team in 2023. 

Hello, my name is Nicola. I am the Recruitment Manager for Bluebird Care for all our branches in the Mid-South.

I started in a residential care home 10 years ago, have worked in various roles within residential and domiciliary care. I have a passion for providing the highest level of care, so being able to recruit care staff that can provide the same feels me with great pride.
