Meet the team

Lisa has a wealth of experience in the Care industry working on and off for 26 years. She started working for Bluebird Care in July 2019 before being promoted to Care Supervisor in November 2019 and in October 2021 took on a role as Assistant manager before becoming a Registered Care Manager in March 2022. She is a valued member of our team and always goes above and beyond for our customers.

Shannon has a wide range of experience in the care sector. Her career in the Care industry began since she was 18 years old. Shannon is very passionate about helping people. After her first day at Bluebird Care Lincoln, she said, "it felt like I have been here for months. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. It feels more like a family."

Rachel joined the company in 2020; coming from a retail background, Rachel was new to the care sector. With her knowledge and confidence growing, she has soon become an excellent Care Assistant who was promoted to a Care Mentor in November. Rachel's dedication and hard work were continuously noticed, and in March 2022, she was promoted to be a Care Supervisor.

Tracy joined Bluebird care in 2014. She has 23 years of experience in the care industry. Tracy specialises in palliative and end of life care. Tracy makes sure that all our staff are trained to the highest standard in moving and handling with her excellent knowledge.

Tracy enjoys spending time with her family and listening to music.
