Meet the team

Liam joins Bluebird Care after a decade of experience in the corporate world. Liam knew the time had come to put the skills and experience gained in finance and business development to good use, and Bluebird Care was the perfect choice! 

Liam is extremely proud to lead one of the few CQC Outstanding rated providers in the county.  

Liam believes having a well-trained, well supported, and happy workforce is key to delivering smiles on customers faces day after day.  

Away from work when he is not following Manchester United, he likes to spend time with his partner, son and their dogs on country walks and enjoying pub lunches.  

Carolyn was promoted to Care Manager in October 2023 following her success as Senior Supervisor from September 2021. Carolyn was first promoted into the management team after making a hugely positive impression out in the community as a Care Assistant. Carolyn joined us in 2018 with no care experience, however she quickly hit the ground running and has never looked back. Carolyn qualified as a nursery nurse in 1996, achieving her NNEB and NVQ level 2&3 in childcare and education. Following this she moved into management, and has transferred these skills into her current role at Bluebird Care Cheshire East. Carolyn has a passion for delivering the very best, personalised care to our customers, and her knowledge and expertise have already made a huge contribution to the Cheshire East team. 

Becky joined the management team as a Care Supervisor in October 2023. Becky has worked with Bluebird Care as a Care Assistant since May 2022, and has made a huge impression with both her customers and colleagues. Becky is conscientious and always provides the very best standard of care, these attributes have led to her natural progression into the management team.  

Louise began her career in customer service positions. Later she entered the social care sector in a design and administrative role.

Joining the administrative team at Bluebird Care Cheshire East in August 2018, Louise says:

Donna joined the administration team at Bluebird Care Cheshire East in September 2023. Donna joins us with an extensive background in administration, and she has really hit the ground running in her new role. Along with her administration experience Donna has also worked in customer service, and she has already demonstrated a warm and helpful approach to our customers and care team.
