We are delighted to announce that we have recently taken over the Bluebird Care Poole office, and have a wonderful team in place to provide care and support to people throughout the Bournemouth and Poole area. We are excited to be extending our services to a much wider area, and look forward to connecting with other professionals to develop a joined up service to help people to live well in their local community.
